To report a claim or circumstance, please complete our simple claim form and return it to us. Or contact our claims team who will be happy to take the details for you. After a claim is reported to our claims team we aim to acknowledge receipt within 24 hours. Our commitment to you is that we will always respond no later than three working days after we receive the notification. Once we have all the information we need, our claims team will work closely with the insured and its broker to swiftly resolve the situation.
